1. Yes, there's ARA script included in RS5. We could use barricades for the event(s).
2. Maybe, if it would be used properly. For example; There's a mechanic to fix all the vehicle(s) before the race starts.
3. Yes, you can easy handle the economy. Get some volunteers who could support you within the event(s).
4. Yes, you can get a part within the track, called as (Fixing vehicle(s) area). You can hire some MECHANICS who'll be there to fix player's vehicle which could increase RP and would look some thing like real race. They can fix there vehicle on their own risks.
5. Yes, if it would be on a suitable time. A time when most of the players are online.
6. There are enough state vehicle(s) around San Andreas. People nowadays are really rich to purchase a vehicle.
7. No, I don't think that there's a system like that.

2. I was thinking side jobs like food vendors, bookies (gambling taking bets), event security (tickets etc), some other entertainment for the spectators.
3. Probably will get government funding, or will have to rob LSPD again for drugs. Private sponsorships were always a bonus.

As for the Mechanic system, this would allow us to have PIT stops, meaning true endurance races (if there is demand for it). It would also make events run much more smoothly - especially for those bumps and scrapes incurred in the starting line!

Actually, good idea. But this is motorsport so we need much money and buy a good motorcycle. All in all this is a competition and if you got best car/motorcycle, you can be first easily. I think the biggest problem might be lack of money but we can solve it by finding a sponsor to afford expenses.

  There would be a wide variety of events where no 1 vehicle could dominate them all. The ideal solution would be for the government to provide racing vehicles, or rent them as sponsorship (i.e. spawn them for events for a fee).

Your events in 2012 and 2013 are something best that Argonath has offered.
It would be nice to have them this year too, but im not sure that it's possible to be done on such a high level as past years.

  Hey man!  It will depend on the time I have available, unfortunately I doubt I will be able to do 50 events again  and the prizes would have to be altered to suite the economy. This wouldn't necessarily mean the events would be scaled down or of lesser quality than before, I hope anyway.

In greece the school exams end in mid june so id like to know if it is possible to delay it for the greek participants

Those are so sensible ideas! As I said, we have to find out the source of that money as if the government will help us (I'm with you), we can arrange this competition easily. Unless they do, we must find some sponsors to help us or the participants must buy their motorcycles (this way might be bad for participants).

For sure, if the server's management would like this idea to bring AMWC back, they might support you with economy.

Side job, for example; There's a racing track and on the left side, there is a random person holding a stall. The people who are interested placing bets on the racers they could just kindly stand there (A person who could really hold this job). A fix amount shall be decided.

As before, there will be judges for sure.

It seems to be a good idea. Every team/player have to register their name in-game and buy a entry ticket. Ticket could cost anything which you like is suitable. The money which are earned through the ticket shall be used in any other event. It could help out to control the economy.[/list]

Well, now that groups have more script support, why not give 5 vehicles to a AMWC group ? Always, if the HQ agrees.

5 cars makes no sense, since its always around 25-50 playors taking a part of this event. But those 5 vechicles can be like staff vechicles. Like a example...Dozer and other heavy or sportcars.

But there is alot of state cars, also some groups/Claes/family got sportcars as groupvehicle.
