Reason why you did it: i dont have any idea what happend i was away from keyboard , and when i come back i was banned for scaming .
i dont even know if any admin warn or ask me some questions ,pm me or come close to me because i was away atleast for an hour and i was just crashing and joining server again and again while i was busy because some new friend need to change model and i was just telling him shops for diffrent models . i dont understand my ban from server

i just sell him a car nothing more he even not pm later if he said or any admin  ask i whould have given him 2000$ back ! i know, i made mistake at that time cos i needed money for a friend, as i buy a car and dont had much money and if u warned me, then sorry i was afk at that time, i always responds to admins:

Less than a month ago, you were banned for money cheating.. Now you are banned for scamming. If you take a look at logs above, Its quite clear that you were targeting new players and scamming them by selling a state vehicle. It seems that you didn't learn anything from your first ban, why sould we even consider unbanning you for the second time?

When i ask crime role play people say use ur imagination,and i thought selling state cars is aslo crime rp as selling guns and weed thats why i sell it. i thought the victim will call police and they chase me for this crime as they chase me when i stole usamad car !

As its easy way to meet someone do u want me to tag them on map and chase them one by one to ask: "if u need any thing like guns , weed or cars" that will be time consuming i always do pm ppl and its not only me some good rp players do this like Luchesse Family, they often pm me for selling things
and when i said yes they arrange a meeting as in real life!
 so i dont know what i did wrong by pm to some ppl for rp crime?
last time i was banned for money cheat this time for rp dont u think it makes some difference and i deserve to be baned for long time ?plz unban me i will not pm anyone again! 
and i will not sell state cars if its scamming or u tell me at what price i sell them to rp crime if i sell them expensive?

You are either not seeing the point, or you are trying to hide your intentions by using RP as an excuse.

I don't believe that you were trying to roleplay, you only PMed new players who have not been in the server long enough to understand what the real value of their money is, you are not roleplaying you are trying to make a quick buck at the expense of others, until you realize that you will not be allowed back in the server.

i see the point thats why i said i will not sell state cars again and im not trying to hide anything its clear that i was doing both making money and rp so i dont know what u want me to say?
i already said that i thought victim will call police and they wil suspect me but now i am clear that it was not the lawbreak, i misunderstood this thing or confuse it with guns and weed selling crimes!
