Byth.Modhi was banned by myself as he had created a new account and wanted to send money to another, the other account being Tonny_Scotto.  From what I believe they know each other in real life or are somewhat friends or whatever.  This may have been an elaborate plan to get them banned (which has now happened).  Tonny insists that Byth.Modhi just wanted them banned as soon as Byth.Modhi has registered Tonny PM'd me telling me exactly that.  Over the course of speaking to Byth.Modhi I had asked him if he had any other accounts to which he replied he did (there was three accounts in his alias) he said he was two of them Micahel. and Jeffry.Anderson.  The former being the one Tonny insists Byth.Modhi had used before.  Below are some of the chatlogs from the conversation I had with Byth.Modhi/Tonny.

Whether Tonny is telling the truth or not I don't know but him sending me a PM after the guy registered doesn't sound like someone trying to money cheat.  But this is why we are here now to get to the bottom of it.

Well actually,  I play SA:MP by an Internet Centre. He just came here and told me "I'll get you banned". So as he joined with his new account I PMed you cause I didn't want myself to get banned because of him. His other account is Michael. Jeffry.Anderson is an other guy. So only Michael. is multiaccounting. I PMed you just to tell you that I have nothing to do with what's he planning to do.
