If you want to be taken seriously, maybe you can stop implying that we (the current staff) are ineffective at solving problems. You have no real idea of how we work, and the quality of the admin team does not depend on the number of admins.

Ah, so it's true. The admins did actually receive it but instead decided to do nothing about it, except for Rusty Culver (props to him for at least doing something). Guess my predictions before even sending the e-mails were correct.

Admins can't see the email complaints people send, just Managers+.
It does work even I have emailed a few times without giving my IG name (and under a different email) and got a response within a day or two.  Reported was posted for them to see so we can get it dealt with.

What you need to understand is that we are not focing our staff members to be online at any times so it doesn't matter how many we recruit, there will be times when the staff members online can't take on every single report right away.

At this moment, you will get a message saying the delivery failed. What it means is that 1 or more emails attached to [email protected] will can't recieve emails from [email protected] which means it sends out a message that the delivery failed. However, the rest of us that can recieve the emails does so.

Of course, you are correct on this. However,  recruiting new staff members is always a time consuming process since we are not recruiting whoever applies first.

Staff members are not machines, they also need to sleep, eat and work. Your life will not fall apart if theres a hacker in-game for an hour.
