Thought it looked like a winged weta at first but at the same time doesn't look anything like it.
I'd be very scared if I were you Rytuklis, it could possibly be a very lethal mix of the cicada, white widow and the winged weta by the looks of it.
There's been reports of similar cases / deaths due to unknown lethal genetically mutated flies in and around the baltic seas as of late.
