I always do that because im BORED :'( i always run GTA IV at 5-15FPS and my game sucks while playing it at bad frame rates and i just wanted was the passport and the license to own a car, i was just messing around to have fun please give me another chanse i wont hurt players any more and please i wanna Passport and Driving License to be happy i promise because i've been waiting for monthes for getting a passport :'( all i want is to have fun and be happy!!!!

Allrigh Amr_Abdelhalim, I hope you learned a lesson and you will not repeat your misstakes. Being bored is not an excuse for rulebreaking and If we catch you doing same things again, be sure that you will be punished accordingly.
