HELP! MTA Wont start!

I need serious help with this. I want to play Argonath RPG MTA, But the MTA Just wont start , I did everything, I tried all the 9784632134 ways possible, and no one helped, I will bring here all the screens of the each of errors i have

Please I need help with this! I tried reinstalling MTA, GTA VC, And everything. I reinstalled both things up to 10 times, So please dont come with "Reinstall MTA" or "Reinstall Vice City", coz I already did tons of times

I even reseted game paths, config file, and it didnt work

Help desperately needed

Explanation of screens

1: Sometimes it happens when i do "start game"
2: People also recommended me to reset game paths and reset VC Config file, When i do this, It says, Its needed to restart MTA, When i exit MTA, This comes...
3: Error while start game, Part 1
4: Error while start game, Part 2
5: After screens 3 and 4, when I do "start game", It looks like if it were loading the game, But... it appears with unhandled exceptions...

For the error message 'can not replace weapon.dat' check if MTS is installed in your VC directory. If not locate the weapon.dat file and make sure it is in both the MTA and VC directory.
Make sure that you can play single player, and complete at least one mission to save.
In option there is the option 'set to 1.1' or 'set to 1.0'. Try both settings.

If you are not the only user of your computer, make sure that both MTA and GTA:VC have administrator rights on their folders.

That is about all I can think of...

Checked, the weapon.dat is on my GTAVC Folder, My both MTA and GTAVC Are on same folder.. I have administrator rights on MTA and GTAVC....

The only problem left to solve is the Unhandled exceptions thingy, as one of screens explained, when i hit start game, My GTAVC Crashes and does "Unhandled exception", If the unhandled exception is fixed, I can start MTA Normally, But how to fix the unhandled exceptions?

Reset Vice City config files at MTA>Options

And reset game path.

And i play the MTA in different folders.
