This individual has ban evaded on multiple occasions. Making new accounts, additionally DMing, insulting administration and whatnot. Outrageous behavior is not welcome here. Just because someone did not respond to your unban request does not mean you ban evade, instead of being patient and using the time to correct your mistake.
