Reason why you did it: Your right I did scam him for 3000 after he car killed me like 20 times and other people at the airport and stole my car and threw it in the ocean so I /pm him told him /send 3 3000 for free cash out of my stupidity didn't think he would do it but iv learned my lesson stay away from new players that night now that I remember no admins were on and there was like 5 new people just doing nothing but car killing and rule-breaking I reported them but still no excuse to scam him im sorry if I see him I will give him all my cash. well if I get unbanned witch I highly doubt but its been fun!! have a good day.   sorry haythem for lieing:(   I have like 11k including  his 3k he can have it all.

So much honesty but still you just made a very dumb move by ban evading with the nick "blunt_man". You might try to do it right, but by evading your ban and creating a new account you won't help yourself...

You are blaming your problems on other rulebreakers, however I have on several occasions joined the server to be flooded with complaints about you trolling/rulebreaking when admins aren't around.

It seems when no admins are around you pretty much ignore all rules, you were close to a ban before this scamming business even came about.

However, the HQ will handle your unban appeal , i highly recommend you to answer them with honesty, lying will get you nowhere.
