The Arrival ( Chapter - I )

- Moral June 22 2014 There were some boys on board apparently travelling by air for the first time. Did I pity them? That was an understatement. Some were shouting, wavering and one was actually throwing up. He was rushed to the convenience. I lied back on my seat and watched the clouds float by as big cotton balls. My ears had popped and the roar of the engine hurt but I loved it. It was my first time in the air. I tried my best to fall asleep, but my countless attempts were pointless thanks to the neighbor's kid in the back. I never liked kids. The only option left for me was to cross my arms, and spend the next few hours watching one of the available movies. "Wake up sir." I opened my eyes to the view of the Easter Bay International Airport, the largest airport in the state. I'm finally in San Andreas. I shifted my gaze toward the airplane hostess, offered a smile and said "Oh sorry, thank you for waking me up.". I took whatever luggage I brought with me, headed straight to the airport then out. The doors that lead outside the airport seemed impenetrable due to the colossal amount of people trying to use it. I grasped my bags tightly and firmly, and disappeared into the crowd. Luckily for me, it only took me three minutes to step foot outside. I ran straight into the first cab I laid eyes on, I didn't care enough to put my baggage in the trunk, all I wanted was to arrive to my cousin's house as soon as possible. I had an address noted down on a piece of paper, it read " 2033, Crosstown Hashbury". I passed it to the taxi driver, let a blow out and lied back on my seat. He, as any other driver, kept on babbling and ignoring him was rather a struggle since he couldn't draw out that I didn't want to talk. I had to spend the ride feigning interest in his conversations. However, fortunately for me there was no traffic at all, thus getting to my destination took no time. Upon arriving, I paid the garrulous cab driver his money, grabbed my stuff and ran toward the apartment. Before knocking on the door, my phone vibrated. It was a text from my relative "I'm gone for a while, use the keys it can be found under the rug, see you soon cousin.". The journey began. - Sobo Well... it's not exactly the best thing to talk about, since well... you don't f**king know me, but here it goes: I was born in Plzen. Dad was a contractor, and he was part of the rioters in 1957 and the idiot ended up getting caught by the army and put in jail for 15 years. Luckily he was young. He got out 2 years early and copulated with the first woman he could find. 9 months later I was born, and already I was a curse. My mother died giving birth to me and dad did whatever was possible for a deadbeat drunk to do; he gave me up for adoption. That's where it started going uphill for me. My new "parents" were everything you could hope for. I got a decent education, passed through school and college and got a steady-income job. But as for all good things, it had to come to an end. Even though the Czechoslovakian dissolve was peaceful for the people, it wasn't as much for the economy. I got fired and I couldn't find a decent job so I had to leave. Won't go into many details on how I got here but here I am... in San Fierro... in a pub... drunk off my ass and telling a complete stranger my life's story... Guess you could figure out on which level of the social pyramid you can find me. - Nomias It was a rainy day when I decided to visit a bar with my friends . Upon arriving there, I received a message from my brother: "Brother....your mom... She's not doing well" I had to walk 6 miles to get to the bar and now this shit happens... My license had gotten revoked due to my reckless driving, since I almost bumped into the same light pole three times. Guess you could say I was feeling under the weather but hey, it's not my fault they didn't remove it yet!.... Anyway, a friend of mine had to give me a ride. When I arrived to my parent's house my mom wasn't feeling good, that's why I called my friend; he's a doctor (she had cancer). He advised me to take her to San fierro in San Andreas. On the 23rd of February, 2008, my mother passed away In SF, and since I didn't have any cash left and it wasn't such a bad place, I decided to stay in town and try to find myself a job. - Boris Dad fought in Bosnia and my grandfather ended up dying for the communist cause, a pretty violent history lineage and I wasn't going to be an exception.I grew up on the streets of Liberec, my mother was an "escort" that tried her best to provide for her children after my father passed away, she was doing a pretty crappy job at it which is why I ended up breaking into houses and stealing DVD players, those were the days. A really close friend of mine Čeněk started telling me about his dreams and desires in life and how we wants to go and live in big American cities like San Fierro for example, after he was done dreaming with those bubbly eyes of his I suggested that we try to gather up enough money to go to San Fierro you know, we managed to gather up enough money and we also managed to get us some forged visas which were as good as genuine. We booked a ticket all the way to the west coast of America, a long way from home. I said my last goodbyes to Liberec and I swear I could feel a tear roll down my cheek, I didn't even know I had any emotion in me, my mother always said I was as cold as stone at midnight. We had to go all the way to Prague and board the airplane headed to San Fierro. I don't even remember how long the trip was but it was pretty long and exhausting. After arriving in San Fierro I started having doubts about the VISA... What if it wouldn't work I said to myself... We went past customs without any hassle whatsoever. I looked Čeněk and hugged the living shit out of him. "We made it.. We f**king made it" I said to him. "This is where we part ways my friend". I remember we had talked about how we would not be living together in San Fierro for personal reasons I prefer not to disclose but well it still shocked me y'know.. As we said our goodbyes I walked along the highway until I saw it... All these buildings all these cars.. Brands of cars I never knew existed and height of buildings I never thought could be achieved... I made it.. I was in San Fierro.. ( To Be Continued )
