Okay, could you please make a list of people who are in the scripting team but they don't have any kind of other ranks such as admin, community leader and so on?

No, you're supposed to be the one who makes the first step in recruiting scripters by making some kind of application where they can list their previous works and experience within scripting. Just a random idea.

Uh... when Conroy first joined the team he wasn't in anything. He became a moderator because he was in the scripting team. Same with myself and Jones, we only got invited to the admin team after becoming a scripter.

Fact check please. Just an idea.

Teddy was not part of the admin team when he joined
Jones was not part of the admin team when he joined
And I  can continue with other servers if you wish to.
It is YOU that should take the first step and show interest. Not them. If you think and feel like you can assist the server by scripting/mapping. Send a PM to the appropriate people.

Anyways, my point was that there should be people that can focus just on scripting.

There are people who focus on just scripting, scripters. Or do you want scripters to retire from everything in the community and sit in our mother's basements working on scripts without pay for 20 hours a day?

I believe Argonath will be back as soon as the exams are over.
SA:MP server is currently in a decent state with a stable player base of around 20-25 people on a daily basis.
