I believe what would have simplified it A LOT would be the upcoming changes, that never came, such as:
Buy your first wallet and it would be automatically set to active.
Buy your first card and it would be automatically set as active. ( Dialog pops up and asks you wether you want to set it in your wallet as well, possibly ).
Or
When purchasing a card for your account, whatever.
Dialog pops up:
Would you like to set this card as active ?
Yes No
Would you like to add this card to your ACTIVE wallet ?
Yes No
Please set a pin for your card. Make sure to note it down and not forget it! If you get robbed and the criminals find the code, your money could be stolen!

I liked it, considering the possibilities we had with this. Great RP scenarios, if we would have any RPer to lose 69 fire missions just because a group decided to steal his wallet/bank cards/container.
