From 2011 experience of mine, its nearly impossible to rp with it after location is known simply cos people use it for its ram power. And also I remember those times whenever someone /gues I would go location to make it a bit more realistic (Yes I know its actually a vehicle that used to transfer from PD To Jail) and with a will of rp, but people would always take the /gu ed suspect in their vehicle to prevent any abusal such like /jail abuse, as you know there is no money transfer for stealer but only a warning , only a few admins transfer money, others just say money is not important they say and let stealers go with the money, which mostly cause em to repeat till further punishments. So till location is well known, you might have a chance but only gonna work in organized rps.
Just Another one who is declared Public Enemy by the Authority, for expressing his thinkings without harming anybody.Who cares to stand in a community if you cannot express your feelings, your thinking anyway.
