For multiple reasons, we feel like you are filling your unban request with lies. Obviously, you are not new here so you do know that only you can access your account. And if it wasn't you the one who cheated, certainly you would report it to an admin not spending it on a car.
Apart from that, how come your brother knows about the starting money that each new player gets ?

firstly, i didnt knew he cheated the money, if i knew it i would reported it, when i found about it was when you explained it and baned me ..., and also he was watching me playing as i started playing this server and i think i am not sure, but i think he asked me how i got so much money at the start, so i explained it to him, i dont know the details because it happend a few months ago, (when i started playing)

also i dont know whi you cant belive me, actualy i know whi, i wouldnt belive someone to if he told me this story.. so i understand whi you dont belive me, not just you probably.

If the rest is true then you really didn't help your case much by going and immediately buying a car with that money, do you see how this looks from the outside?

yes i know that 80k is a lot, but i was so excited i wasnt realy thinking strait, i was only thinking "WoW 80k HOW am i going to spent that ??, maybe a car ? idk :DDDD" i wasnt thinking about how did the earn it,whi did he earn it,etc.. i was just so happy, and i know that you think this is a lie, that i am just a "lier" etc.., i just dont know how to prove it..

FreezingDark, we still do not entirely believe in your story, but since your punishment history is in general clean, we have decided to give you another chance.
Cheated money will be removed from your account (90 000$) by a manager ingame. We also want you to change your password as soon as you enter server and make sure nobody else except you know the password.
