When i try to connect to a VCMP server this message pops out pops out:

The procedure entry point _AIL_set_stream_volume@8 could not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll

What does it mean and how to fix it?Please tell me

All you need to do (In my opinion, try it, but also consult others here) check if you have that dll filre (mss32.dll), and if you don't, just google it and download it, and then put the file in your Vice City installation. Should help.

P.S: the Argonath VCMP is recovering from a DDoS attack so for now, it's down. You can't connect to it.

Get a legit GTAVC
Make sure you have vcmp 0.3zr2 installed
Install all of your drivers (you can't play VCMP without sound drivers)

Yeah download the DLL and place it in the vice city install folder

Place it here: C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City

If that does not work, re-install the game

If you use a NO CD patch, you can try to download another.. if the above instructions don't work.
