So, the thing is, I won a MG2400 Series Cannon Pixma printer. Few days ago I brought it to the shop to fill it up. They filled it up and today i took them back. It's black and color cartridges. The thing is, whenever I insert them, the printer and the computer shows that these ink cartridges are empty.. Please help.. I paid quite an amount of money to get them filled up with ink.

Buy new original cartridges since they're "chipped" and shouldn't be refilled.

The chip either needs to be reprogrammed or replaced as well as being refilled.
