It seems you did not learn a lesson from it and after giving you opportunity to follow the rules, you decided to go into the police scene and randomly start shooting the police (and killing one) without any proper roleplay. I hope you learned that this type of behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances, especially after you were punished for another rule break already, now wait patiently for HQ to respond to your unban request.

First. I was not returning after death! i wasn't even touch him before he started shoot me! i was after another guy Named Monte! and as u could see it was a guy named Justin who killed me, so it was not return after death but i didnt want to complain cuz it was just one hour bann!

But this time with the cops, i just tried to help my friends to escape, i didnt kill any cop, but YES i shoot them without beeing suspect, didnt know that was Deatchmatch, I tought Deatchmatching was when u kill/attack anyone without any RP or reason. But now i know that what i did was a rulebreak, im sorry for that!

It doesn't matter who kills you, returning to a situation/area/roleplay after you die is classed as returning after death.

Deathmatching can be many things, attacking a person without a reason, assaulting them without roleplaying and the list goes on.
Whether you kill them or not makes no difference, engaging a person or cop for no reason is punishable.
Especially shooting at cops whilst being a civilian, at that point you have no right or reason to shoot at a cop, even if it is to protect your friend seeing as you are just a civilian.

I didnt even return to same are or same person, thats what im talking about it was not return after death Cuz i was on another guy NOT that one who killed me. But like i said i did not want to complain cuz it was only 1 hour bann. But Yes i do understand why im banned.
