Okay the best thing to do, download a program called "Slimdrivers" once you have done this scan your computer for the drivers, it will say "start scan" once you have done this it will show you a full sheet of all the drivers what are not installed on your pc, begin installing ones like "chipset" as they are the main drivers, I tend to find, that if you try and install drivers for integrated GPUS before the motherboard drivers / chipset drivers, you will either crash or get what you are getting.
But yes, download SlimDrivers, and do the Chipset ones first.
as there is a possibility that the person who did your computer didn't actually put the drivers on, they just put windows back on etc.
