I got you , but still you said that it's a virus when probabily it's a false alarm..it happens.

The thing that chrome says it's normal , about saving such file in your HDD , but it happens with every file like that and other types which in other cases may be viruses.

You have just to keep trying, and reconnecting . when it block at  "Successfuly connected" wait it , it happend to me at first time , it took for me a half day . So , all you have to do is to wait and be patient .

Well , about that check it by using VirusTotal befaure opening , downloading any thing .
For me , the web site said its clear , all anti-viruss said its clear ( exemple of it : " Kaspersky    Clean site " )
