Suggestion about Passports

Too much work somehow over not that important thing that still can be roleplayed. Also, I can already imagine players "can you change my passport information?" x100 per day... :/

Losing car/house because of not extending passport is also very bad idea. There are players that can be inactive for some time due various circumstances and I see no reason why should they lose their in game assets.

I don't like the idea of having to pay $400 each month just to prevent your house from being sold with no refund. There was a lot of cases in which players simply had to go inactive for a certain period of time. Would be kinda unfair towards them, and admit it, maintaining such a topic would be a hell of a work.

For the passport details, I wouldn't really mind that, but it might get annoying once you decide to roleplay a different character, for example. Nothing ruins roleplay more than roleplaying the character of Hercule Poirot and getting arrested for having a passport belonging to Sherlolck Holmes. Also hookers with Sex: male and Age: 15 wouldn't be so attractive.

In addition to that, COL staff and administration team members already have a load of work and renewing multiple passports and being asked to change this or that would certainly not make them happy. Maybe if those 400 bucks went into their pockets...

Well, That Is Nice Idea , I Support This, But is  One Thing i Dont support :

If The person doesnt get a new passport in 10 Days. His House or biz will take state.

I Dont Support That , Because if Some1 Been Inactive , When He Join He Will Find That His Own Property Gone , That Will Not Help , I Think It will Be Good If You Removed :

Getting a new passport costs 400$
If The person doesnt get a new passport in 10 Days. His House or biz will take state. <if u are on trip or something else u should report that on "Expired Passport`s" Topic . So State wont take your house or biz
