Your GPU('s drivers) is(/are) likely outdated, I have the same issue on my second laptop(Which for some reason runs SAMP perfectly fine  :neutral2: )

So there's no solution for this?

Unless you can update your GPU's drivers there isn't much except replacing it, and you're screwed if you have a laptop  :neutral2:

Made sure. It's a desktop by the way.

Delete everything from the ".minecraft" folder ... press the Windows Key+R then type in "%appdata%" then look for the minecraft folder and delete everything inside.  Run Minecraft after you've done this.

or

Are you using a dedicated Intel graphics card?  If, so could be that you have one older than the Intel 4 series which isn't support by Minecraft and is causing a crash everytime you will need a new GPU to fix this issue.  (info grabbed from Mojang's bug tracker).

The first solution didn't work.

I am using Intel® Q45 Express Chipset. Is that the main problem?

Yep.
You'll need to upgrade your GPU in order to play Minecraft, check the link below for it's requirements if you had purchased the game then you effectively wasted money at this time.

Let us know after a possible upgrade if this has fixed the problem too. It would be nice information for future reference to others.
