Tried RPing he ignored, tried talking to him for those without brains:ly, he ignored. Called admins, not a rulebreak. Went out of car, tried rping once again by taking out my gun and warning him to f**k off, he drove away. Entered my car again, few seconds later he comes again.

Exactly. Those should be placed against the wall and shot in head (ingame ofc dont call CIA that I work for ISIS..).
That's what happens when I'm patroling around in cruiser. Just some BMX guys jumping on rooftop and then jumping away with the BMX when suspected.
And no, it shouldn't be /report copbait because you can't /report copbait while civilian. It's also mostly annoying for them.

Oh yeah that's the best RP, take out a gun and tell them to fuck off. And how did you try to RP with him before, telling him to go away? Yeah that sounds like fun. Besides, you could've just, I don't know, driven around then, if he still follows you, drive him to a quiet spot and deal with him then, if you're a criminal.

Pingster, i used 'm8' a few times, i just got used to it, not trying to annoy anyone with it, unlike you who spammed a whole message with 'm8' being every third word.

As you said i'm a gangster, ofcourse i'm gonna pull out a gun when some1 is fucking with me, and actually before i pulled the gun out, i tried going the other way, he just ignored it. He followed me for 5 minutes, we were driving around the streets to show-off, so we weren't speeding too much, made it easy for him to follow. I did try to lose him but /area is not helping.

And i'm a criminal, i should deal with him.. Lol.. That only counts if both parties are RPing it, and as i said, he refused to RP.

I agree with the suggestion for server rule which would kinda force roleplay driving style. But then however, who would be breaking the traffic laws if they're server rulebreak?

If it's all left to SAPD, that means nothing is gonna change unless we start giving 1000$ tickets.
If it's left to admins, nobody is gonna break traffic laws which leaves SAPD with less job.

There are a lot of different traffic 'rulebreaks/laws'. Not everything should be forbidden, but there are just some rules to be made, as i said, a few simple rules. I can work on them later with some help and make it a real suggestion in suggestion board.

1000$ tickets will only make it worse, there will be no single real traffic stop ending with a real actual rp, cos everyone will flee from the scene.

Traffic laws themselves are good, but constantly breaking those near the cops, also constantly driving like a maniac, cutting the way by driving over a sidewalk, etc, should be taken as server rulebreaks and not just traffic law disobeying.

Of course you'd think that, I paint the picture the way it is and you don't like it. But sure, keep going with the 'get lost' comment, it's working so great for the server (and the community) you've had to make an advertising group. Keep living in the clouds then, if you think that everything is working perfectly, that the system isn't broken, and shun whoever says otherwise. Pathetic attitude you say, look in the mirror sometimes. Only pathetic thing about my attitude here is that I keep believing that things can still change for the better, but hey, I'm sure banning people who won't play by the traffic rules is a step for the better. You set the tone anyway, trying to get people to RP instead of yelling for admins = nothing worthwhile to contribute.

Think everything is working perfectly?  Have to be a complete fucking retard and blind to say otherwise, we are well aware that shit isn't perfect around here and in most case won't ever be.  As for rule to ban bad drivers yeah not going to happen and I think I speak for rest of HQ on that one that is unless someone actually think's this is a good idea (l0l).

This is getting really lame now. You choose words that i say and then you make the context you want. The pathetic thing is how you think things can change on their own, well they can't. Some things need to be done, and people like you who don't care are around just to shit on what others say or do. As i said, this does not only harm traffic laws, it harms RP instead. People constantly trolly drive, use sidewalk and stuff like that. Thats NON-RP behaviour. They're not forced to RP all the time, but there should still be limit.
