I'm looking for a new computer. I will be using the PC for occasional SAMP, streaming, watching movies etc. The PC will be permanently connected to the TV. I am defo interested in getting these 'small' PC's so it does not take up too much space.

What do you think about this one? Will it fulfil my requirements?

One last question for now, is it bad if I leave my PS4 ontop of this?

I'm not looking for a super powerful PC because I have my laptop for that.

Unfortunately the link you posted leads directly to the site's main page. However, judging by the URL, you're looking into a Dell brand computer. From my personal experience, I would highly recommend not going with this brand. Their computers are cheap for a reason, and it is not a good one.

That being said, have you considered building your own system instead? Generally it can be cheaper, gives you more options, and can often be much more powerful than anything you could buy at the same price.

As for the form factor, microATX is becoming more and more popular these days, especially in "HTPC's". (HTPC = Home Theater Personal Computer). Modders especially love systems in this form factor because they can place the equipment in very small places, and even make the computer itself appear as a standard piece of home theater equipment. (For reference, the standard form factor for most systems is ATX, although most pre-built systems tend to modify this with their own proprietary designs and parts, leaving you often very screwed when you want to change things out).

Leaving your PS4 on top of the computer should not be a problem, granted that you keep both clear of any dust, and neither gets too hot. Since a PS4 is basically a customized computer, it shouldn't have any issues being near your system.

Besides the Dell, the other options are HP & Lenovo

If you are stuck on buying a pre-built system and those are the only other 2 companies you wish to work with, I would personally choose HP. If I were you though, I would shop around and see if there is something else you prefer. There are many, many websites out there that also sell systems in the form factor you are seeking.

I understand that but I'm not willing to pay more than £150 for this hence why I'm going for these.

I can get something like this for £70. All I need to know is will it work well when I stream, watch movie and occasionally  play SAMP.

Wouldn't be using it to play samp due to the integrated graphics, you'd be getting 20 fps probably.
As for brandings mentioned above, i'd choose lenovo since they know how to make good quality systems.
