PC won't start!

I need help,I've been using my pc fine for 2 years. But today I booted it up and try to log in steam just play DotA 2 it suddenly stopped working. I tried to start it up again,but it only gives me a noise and then shut it self down. And the PC keeps doing the same thing,boot noise shut. I tried unplug and plugging all the components,tried other power supply. Still no luck. It would be nice if you guys try to help me solving this problem.
The fans spins shorty before the sound. It's not beeping sound.

What kind of sound is it? Do you get anything on your monitor when it happens?

Sounds like a damaged harddrive since i had the same problem on my laptop a few years ago.

Usually that wouldn't cause it to shut off suddenly like that, though.

Fried GPU? Happened with me before.

remove your CMOS battery and put it again, i do that when i have hardware problems and its solved

If the CPU didn't work, the system would boot to a black screen with no BIOS posting.

Try replacing Your Ram And putting it back

Seems like you over used PC i mean you have left it turned on for much time and something got overpowered and got burned i recommend you to get to any Computer Service before you make further damage over it.Let technicals look on it and there will tell you what the problem is and will fix but don't forget you will have to pay for it.

Sounds like your hard drive may be dead. Judging by what you have explained, however, your power supply may have died on you, and possibly fried the hard drive's internal components.

Tried other power supply,still same. I'm just wondering,what components will get damaged when you rapidly shut down?
