Protesters have lit fireworks aimed at the police, one just went off as I was typing.
They've broken the metal barricades, and one even threw a road sign at one officer who looked shocked and scared seconds later.

Who thought this would be, in any way, a good idea? I feel bad for that officer, probably thought it would be a routine protest that wouldn't even approach near-riotous scale.

They clearly want there to be a London Riots 2014, though the police are alot more prepared than they were in 2012 - They've bought heavily armoured police vans from the US and even a few water cannons.

As per usual, a peaceful protest was ruined by chavs drinking in the street, attacking buildings, cars and people for no reason.

Just as with the London riots, police would have been recording video footage and my guess is anyone caught on film causing trouble will be arrested, they should have such strict punishments for them though, like years in prison, not just a slap on the wrist.
