Sleep paralysis? I guess your eye then gets really dry and sore right? And I might be wrong but I don't think it's lucid dreaming, Lucid dreaming means, you're aware of yourself dreaming and able to control it.

Nah not lucid dreaming, it's when you are aware of the dream and awake inside of it, able to control things. Might be paralysis that scientists have no explanation why it happens. That's what you feel, when someone is strangling you and you couldn't move. It's said that's the Satan himself coming for ones he doesn't have. Some people even told they had a "hallucination" of demon creature while being in sleep paralysis, sometimes it's sitting on your chest...

i do hear a demon laugh for a few seconds, happened to me often. i thought i smoked a lot and my lungs got jammed or something at the first place  good information

What he said. In all seriousness you should try with Marijuana, it's the best way to deal with sleeping problems. I myself had a severe case of insomnia(Went to having up to 4 hours of sleep in a good week). Any problems such as leg cramps, nightmares, talking in my sleep and even moving too much in bed stopped when I tried marijuana. Sleeping pills only make you feel like shit in the day after, not worth trying.

I just expierenced it again for a few times last week. It isn't really sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis is usually followed by terrifying expierence, fear and vivid nightmare halucinations, I didn't have neither of those.
