The Story So Far...

In The Beginning
Following a bloody gang in the 1990’s with a rival Yakuza sect in the Shibuya district of Tokyo, old man Ichiwa saw fit to relocate to the United States of Argonath for a fresh start, starting the Ichiwa-Kai Yakuza. As expected, difficulties arose for the Ichiwa-Kai, integration into a new culture, the suspicions of the local population and of course… competition from already established crime syndicates.

Historically speaking, traditional Yakuza sects have relied on gambling, extortion and legitimate enterprises with a foot- note or two, i.e men in sharp suits with even sharper weapons.
Drugs however appeared to be a staple commodity for San Andreas, usually viewed as a taboo from a Tokyo perspective; the Ichiwa-Kai had much to learn about the “business”. Profits were made, sometimes lost.

San Andreas 1995-Present
Originally settling in Liberty City the Ichiwa-Kai Yakuza later moved to the West Coast to expand their efforts in the smuggling trade; Weapons, Drugs, Electronics the occasional person who needed to be taught a lesson, Old Man Ichiwa would ship it; for a handsome fee of course.

However come December 2012, instead of the fat man in a red suit bearing gifts the Ichiwa-Kai Yakuza received a visit from the FBI. Both Old Man Ichiwa and his son, known only by the mysterious alias “Eagle” were indicted, convicted and sentenced for racketeering. While Old Man Ichiwa resigned himself to the possibility of dying in jail, Eagle after a lengthy appeal process was released from prison with the defense citing a Lack of Evidence in the original proceedings.

Back in the streets in November 2014, Eagle was ready to write his own chapter in Yakuza History.

Note to prospective applicants: Due to Yakuza traditions only Characters with primarily Japanese Heritage may be accepted as fully fledged members, ideally members who wish to rise within the organisation should be Junketsu (Pure) Bloods. Characters with mixed primary Japanese blood are not require to declare their mixed blood on application, however if they appear or act in a manner that is uncharacteristically Japanese they cannot be become fully fledged members. Characters with mixed Japanese or Korean blood may be accepted as associates on a case by case basis. In cases of ambiguity the determining agency will be the Oyabun along with any members he wishes to appoint as councils on the matter. Furthermore associates with mixed Japanese or Korean blood are to refrain from speaking their native tongue in the presence of fully fledged members on pain of Character Kill on violation.

Group Rules

Follow all Server rules.
Follow all Instructions from Superiors.
Obey the Yakuza code of Chinmoku (Silence).
Whenever practical, have 100% Health and at least 25% armor.
Formal Wear is to be worn while attending official group Meetings and Events.
Fully fledged members are to avoid going on cop duty unless specific circumstances call for it.
Personal vehicles that are used in an official Yakuza capacity are to be painted black, no restrictions on rims.
