Healing in combat is disallowed and it has been enforced even with scripts (back in 1.95d, there was a script disallowing players from picking kevlars from HQ to heal in combat, same was with food.

What Brian did, indeed does count as healing in combat and it was dealt with at the situation.



I am not having any intention to report anyone.
So you pretty much feel like you need to open a topic about rulebreaking and then you refuse to report? Ok this topic can be closed now.
