Some browsers also do that when attempting to load their code that displays the page area of the application. Any chance you are experiencing slow web browser and/or application load times too?

Right click the refresh icon and select "empty cache and hard reload", any improvements? The network information looks normal.

It disappeared. Any idea what's the cause of it?

Something may have corrupted in the browser cache or just wasn't being loaded properly. Hard to know exactly for sure.
