I know right, but it froze there for like more than 5 minutes and there was no loading, happened in a lot of sites...

Some browsers also do that when attempting to load their code that displays the page area of the application. Any chance you are experiencing slow web browser and/or application load times too?

2. Click Network
3. Refresh page
4. Wait 10 seconds, take SS of network tab in developer tools

Something may have corrupted in the browser cache or just wasn't being loaded properly. Hard to know exactly for sure.
