I'm guessing they have some kind of transparent GUI object that is floating over the top of it due to your resolution size being different than that of whoever created it. What resolution is your game set to?

If this does turn out to be the case, then it is a simple bug which will need reporting to the appropriate server location.

Edit: Scratch that. I just noticed one of the other lines was cut off too. Does it only happen to you in Argo Stunt?
