Yes he is and I can back up that, specially from being a player that came from there.
In game people shit at SA:MP accusing it of "We would be better if it wasn't for the client" or "Just because they have more players". And most of the times what I would like to reply and will is simply, IV:MP is full of rulebreakers and non RPers, and don't start shitting here stating "I have never seen a good RP from you" because as a matter fact I don't RP much on IV for a simple reason, no one responds on the same roleplay level or even don't roleplay at all, every one has their favourite but at no moment you should be shitting on other community branches and their players. Same as me saying "Dayz is shit because there's no RP there" even dough I never played there, it's completely bias and unfair.
