No, I've checked it and there's nothing.
I had sourceapp adware some days ago but I uninstalled it. There's also nothing in my control panel that I can uninstall.
You don't "uninstall" adware. It is a form of spyware. You have to clean it off your system using some sort of security application designed to remove that type of malicious software. It just readds itself otherwise, and may even install other malicious and/or unwanted applications.
