I would like to make one suggestion, however. In order to increase roleplay, new players should be encouraged to have fun together while at the station waiting for the calls to come in!

Mate, Thats not possible at IV:MP Most of firemans are just sitting at MGS. I`ve Tried couple times to go with other firemans at station and do some rp but most of them are "Busy".

That would be an incorrect assumption, as I proved it wrong the other night. It just takes some effort, encouragement, and a willingness to show them how it's done!
