Here are some tiny changes that I'd make. Also take a look at the red parts, those are suggestions. Means that I'd rather use them, instead of what you have.
[ii] About this part, I'd rather replace the whole question, with simply that statement. You don't ask them if they want to follow the rules, you make them do so.
I do not wish to interfere with how you lead your family or what so ever. This is just a suggestion on me, the original form is very good aswell, those are just some tweaks I made.
