Entering a vehicle/building = instant disconnection

Hello.
I've recently had problems with my GTA, I couldn't enter the singleplayer version, multiplayer version nor MTA SA, so I tried to uninstall CLEO, reinstall (run a backup) of my gta3.img, and reinstall SA:MP.
Now once I have done so, I have tried to join the RS5 development server ( as I'm running 0.3.7 now ) and I crashed every time I entered any form of a vehicle/building.

As I said, I had a backup of a gta3.img so I already did that.

Just start out with a fresh install of the game, then add SA-MP and remaining stuff.

Yeah, I figured out that would be the best since it says
"Exception At Address: 0x00000000"
( Intalization problems )
I just left my audio files and started downloading the rest again, haha.
Thanks anyways.

My ISP decided to fuck up in the wrong moment.. I can barely get 80 kbps download speed...
