Radio DJ Applications

I still do not get the system of accepting/denying...
DeeJay is active - denied...
Johannes is not active nor on servers neither on radio - accepted...

I would like to see reasons...

John, is mainly establishing AV in CS and xbox live, so he isn't rly on the servers alot, and alo due to him bein busy in RL. I didn't accept or deny anyone except John, so youwill have to talk to Giac about the others.

exactly my thought..why should we let him DJ, when he isn't even with us anymore..we have a good number of applications, but unfortunately, i do not think he will make it through..not active = bad.

He is active, not on the servers doesn't mean he is inactive, not being active on the servers doesn't affect a DJs chances, xo why should it affect John's?
He is active enough for when we need him i.e Holidays etc. He has great ideas for the radio i.e Competitions ,by which you can possibly win prizes in RL an in-game. Server acrivity should not affect a persons chances.

Am i active in the server? No. Does this affect my status as one of the team? No.

And if he is not from Argonath - why should we give him access?

Trojan is an Argonath member and plays and good DJing thou he is not in Argonath Radio team, and you accept a guy who does not play on Argonath an year?

Server activity should not affect DJ team status as my main PC isn't doing so well atm and can't handle alot of gameplay.

Trojan is not aware of any of this atm and he will be aware when he returns to Argonath.

I have my reasons for not being active atm, as GTA is getting boring, same thiing everyday, so i'm having a break and playing my XBOX, like i said i can't DJ from my laptop cos it has no music on it and my PC isn't doing so good.

RL news etc. i can do short reports on server status and stuff

also if u don't want a playlist running , it's a bit messed up there, cos nearly every DJ does a running playlist. I talk some of the time, but i'm not there alot, as the going outgame and ingame etc can be annoying, so it makes it unlikley that anyone woukd want to do in server news as the constant hitting the windows key and then reentering the server would get boring after a bit.

I have run a succesful radio team before i was banned for that 12 hour period, but when  i came bac i had RL issues to attend to.

I will be more active soon. I have had RL issues to contend with recently, as it is still the Christmas season, there is a lot of work to be done in the Church. My life is not just about the game, but I'm still here. I may not play too much, but I will be soon. I am working almost every hour that God sends, so I can't really do much, but as my application states, I will be DJing in 2 hour slots, and I am more than happy to cover for anyone who can't DJ. My shows were successful, with the competitions and the RL prizes I gave away (from my own pockets)...

To Giac, I will be active in future, in MTA, SAMP and on the radio. I really think that we need a schedule to work to, even if it's just a basic one. Then, people can work out when they can and can't DJ, and we can arrange cover for them.

Thanks for understanding, I know people have become angered by my absence, but I'm still around. I look forward to giving help in the future. Right now, I need to go, there is a funeral to prepare for at 13.00.
