Sounds mutes when starting GTA

So.. there's a problem with my pc I think.. everytime I start GTA (SA:MP and singleplayer) my sound volume like mutes totally, if I'm on Skype I cannot hear anyone talk, if I am listening to music, the music stops playing. It's not a big problem, but it's pretty annoying. If anyone had this too or someone knows a good solution for this, please reply.

Please provide us a dxdiag report file!

Go to Start > Run (or else 'Windows button + R') and type 'dxdiag' (without quotes please) in the 'Open' field and press OK button
Wait for 'green' progress bar to finish loading and then press the 'Save All Information...'’ button

Attach it, so we can take a look at your drivers.

I suspect an outdated sound driver, but we will look further into it once you attach the file!
