So, Apparently I'm not allowed to Rob,Extort or Con Truckers anymore. I usually Role Play Robbing truckers by  Offering them a Protection Service for a Small fee, this service however is just a scheme in which I would pocket there money. How I do this is by usually driving to Ocean Docks where I would approach truckers and offer them protection from thugs and such and pretty much convince them however necessary. Whether it be forceful means or if they agree to purchasing the services peacefully. Its not the everyday "Pay or Die" RP which Teddy seems to think it is.

On this occasion, I had just finishing collecting from one trucker and =AV=Frank showed up at LSAP Truck Stop. I approached him where he was eager to leave. I tried explaining my services to him but he was persistent that he wasn't interested. He drove away fleeing from the scene. I soon proceeded to track down Frank which took me like 15 or so minutes where I caught up to him at Angel Pine, I gave chase from Angel Pine to Las Venturas, Heading through San Fierro and Bone County. Through out the chase Frank was begged to stop countless times. He continued however ignoring our attempts to continue role playing. He began lag ramming  and PIT-ing me using his RT. I then instructed the guys in my car to warn him then open fire in attempts to disable his vehicle. He was warned again and again before we started shooting. I wanted to be sure he was aware. He decided to get into a Raindance to evade. In an attempt to get him to land his Raindance was shot and it blew up and he died.

He began moaning in /p about DM, I'm not sure if he reported at that time cause no admins had told me anything and I didn't even see the need because I saw it as all part of the RP. I played for abit then I logged off.

Fast Foward to about 2 hours or so later I came back ingame playing for awhile in the middle of a role play scenario and Teddy shows up.

No one complained not even Frank himself, well not until he died, If he had a problem he could have said he wasn't interested in Role Playing. Instead he did decided to participate, He ended up on the short end of the stick. I don't appreciated being a labelled a DMer.

Quit trying to make it out to what It's not. He sure as hell had his fun lag pitting us and ramming in a quite fun and enjoyable chase. If at any point he felt forced to partake he was free to say something or make a report. I am not a pshyicic to know that he thinks I'm forcing rp on him. He also could have go on to report in game after he died that he felt he was death matched. It was his right to do so. He instead chosen to moan and provoke in /p. If he did I guess he didn't like the result he got so he decided to go where is efforts would get a positive response on teamspeak. I tried roleplaying at the truck spot he did participated so I would assume that he was fine. Now if you have nothing positive to post in my request I suggest you refrain from doing so . I now await to continue this with Management or higher.

You assumed wrong. You got banned for it. A lot of people have seen this and have come forward either thanking me or telling me of a time when you did similar. I'm starting to think you assume wrong a lot of times.

Let's hope this doesn't get the usual Argonath treatment. This type of behavior and RP style is the cancer of this community and amputation is the only solution to it.

Ok, I'll take this from the top again because I might have been misunderstood the on the first occasion.

I did not force Frank to RP nor DM him as he participated in the role play and went along with it without a complaint.

Through out the chase Frank was begged to stop countless times. He began lag ramming  and PIT-ing me using his RT. Basically he kept trying to escape by roleplaying instead of settling down and telling me that he doesn't want to partake in a non roleplay way. After he did all that I thought it was warranted to shoot after him. After fleeing once more, into a raindance I was already shooting so I continued. The raindance exploded where he began to provoke and moan in /p. I Ignored him. I wasn't expecting anything out of this matter.

Let me put it this way... if you walked up to Frank and he just refused to RP then I wouldn't have given a shit. However he played into and gave you a chance which is a plus since most people wouldn't (because of this common cancerous RP style). So instead you've only reinforced a degrading quality of "RP", congratulations btw.

We all know if he stopped at any point what you would've done. We all know what your intent was. We all know what you were expecting. Don't even f**cking begin to bullshit saying you didn't have the intent of killing or shooting at anyone who didn't pay. You need to understand the "either or" is not tolerated. You did "either or". Repeatedly. I have a handful of people who have contacted me with similar stories.

I'd like to quote something from the Argonath Wiki Role Playing Guide.

Many of the "strict" players like to invent new rules to show how "skilled" they are. Then they start complaining about those who do not follow their rules, considering them "noobs", "bad RPers" etc. The answer of the developers to this is clear. Any rules that are not communicated as server rules are not to be enforced, and it is up to the individual players if they wish to follow them or not. Players who flame others for "bad RP", "noob" etc shall be punished for flaming. Players who complain about others not following their self-imposed rules shall be invited to play elsewhere, if needed by force.

Hence you can't ban one for "Piss Poor RP" or "Cancerous RP Style"

There's a difference between pointing out a few issues with some paintwork whilst the giant hole in the wall is still present.
The fact that you see nothing wrong with your actions in the server, to go as far as to constantly follow a player and then to kill them because they refused to pay for protection is absurd.
