What exactly do you plan to do with 'tax rates' and the licenses for houses, businesses and vehicles? Will they be cheaper, more expensive or affordable to all?

Why won't you answer my question? Is what is being said true? Are Dentico, Gvardia and Hawk really working together to 'rig' license prices as a get rich quick scheme?
