Currently there's no "Global ARPD Commissioner" anymore, and Argonath HQ is looking into a new solution as mentioned earlier in the topic.
For SA:MP, Plam_Knight is the "SA:MP Commissioner" which can be considered the new responsible, but as it implies: on SA:MP only.

A rather weird question. I understand that the ARPD Commissioner had a reason to basically exist in the past, that's how it kept on existing without any proper duty. Do we really still need a Global Commissioner? Or even better, do we still need any Commissioners at all? I feel like FBI and SAPD can properly stand on their own, with the President only being over them.

We are discussing removing the ARPD Commissioner role and replacing it with something that is more balanced and represents the entire community. We're still in the planning phases of this new system.
