Yeah i also noticed those cars around, they are droven by people with gud intel and sometimes the map marks them for you if they are suspicious, it happened twice for me.

Enemy AI sponge bullets so much and the driving is fucking aids.  Found some Santa Blanca torture room or at least where they cut up people.
