Need Assistance!

Hey, Argonath, I am new here  .

So IV:MP doesn't seem to work correctly for me, I have GTA:IV with IV:MP installed and in the main folder, and it boots up fine but there is no master server list, I assumed it was broken so I put the direct connect IP and when I connect it hovers over the statue of happiness and says connecting to server (Server IP) and then failed, and then trying again in the chat. Looks just like the SA:MP connection fail when servers are having downtime. However I know this server is up, and it must be a problem on my end. Whats the fix? I am dying to play this being a long time fan of SA:MP and I loved the RP servers on that. I can't run GTA V so this seemed like the next best thing. Anyone able to help me? Appreciate it.

This topic should be posted in the correct board which is "IV:MP Support" board.

Since it say "failed connection to 'ip', Retrying...", then the problem is either from your internet, or you didn't pass the correct IP. The correct IP is: 46.105.234.126:9999. The server is working fine, so the problem isn't from the server. Also, do you have the last version of IV:MP which is 0.1 T3 and the game patch v1.0.7.0 installed?

I used an extracted update and threw those files in so technically my game is update to 1.0.7.0. And the correct IV:MP version which is the .1 beta t3 or something like that.
I know that isn't the issue. Maybe reboot the router or my PC? I can't see it doing much. I get on SA:MP no problems. IV:MP seems really buggy.
