Troubles with Vice City

It first gave me a error that ms32.dll was missing, i downloaded and dropped on windows>system32

now it gives me a error called

"_ail_set_stream_volume@8" someone knows how to fix this error? i spent all my day trying to fix this but can't fix it idk

Are you using a retail CD of the game or downloaded it from Steam?

Are you trying to run a No-CD crack?
Are you using Windows XP?

I have never come across this error before. Google search results says that it is a rare thing for Windows XP or a No CD Crack.

Try installing GTAVC again in a fresh directory

I found some information:

It can be your PC is not installed with the correct drivers, (Graphic card etc)
It can be your Pc can't handle Vice City (yes it's possible)

What are your specs? and did you try re-installing?

First of all get the latest version of mss32.dll  (download it and place it IN the game folder/directory of Vice City).

I would advise that you download and run DXWebsetup (DirectX files) http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
If that does not help try upgrading your graphics card drivers.
