Microsoft trouble solver is impressive, problem solved in just one sec using its tools 

Solution:
Cus I'm using Hong Kong version windows, so just ignore those Chinese words. 

Just check this option and it works normally!

Unfortunately I found out my previous problem hasn't been fixed as well. I've messaged the board moderator already to unlock the topic:

The issues are, when I tried to launch the game it refused to run properly.

Can you give some more details? Like what exactly happens.

Tried it, now i don't have a black screen, now it tries to load for a second and that's it..

I have done these 2 option but don't work for me but when i lunch ivmp in windows 98/me work i can see the menu but crash after 2 min

Have you tried restarting PC? If you haven't restarted your PC yet after the problem occured, do it. This usually happens to me, not too much, but sometimes happens, a restart fixes it.
