I remember being told that there was no ability to have properties off of the actual GTA: SA Map, has this been fixed?

All I know of is that you can't punch or use melee weaponry off the actual GTA:SA map. Don't know any other issues.

Properties can not be set outside the San Andreas border limits, however the islands will remain within limits so that properties can be set.
