I have decided how to suit this new system, it will take a bit longer to adapt.

- In order to go on "freecop duty", you will need to have a passport and a driving test.
- "Freecops" will be limited to the security guard skin (and a female skin).
- They will be armed with different weapons than SAPD officers (to be determined)

Good choice.

Can "freecops" buy weapons in ammu-nations?

You took a nice decision, Teddy. I always loved to be a freecop and I can see, I'll have this chance another time in the upcoming future.

Although what about the colour? Light blue or dark? I suggest light blue as it clearly differentiate the difference between SAPD officers and Freecops.

All on othe side, I liked the back of it. Good job! Thank you.

They shouldn't or they should only be able to buy more ammo of their duty weapons.

I do know the duty colors will be removed but since they are still in, I asked it.

In my opinion, as long as criminals can go in to the ammunation to buy weaponry, anyone should (they're spending their own money on it anyways).

b-b-but the security guard uniform is ugly as shit and it makes no sense seeing a bunch of people patrolling in pd cars with a security guard uniform, as for the weapons i think freecops should get the same stuff as before, it makes no sense giving them something different from a deagle, it is the ideal weapon, while sapd officers should be issued shotguns and smgs

Will they fall under the arpd like in rs4 or will they become part of the sapd once again like in rs5?

That never made sense to me.
SAPD = SA:MP
VCPD = VC:MP
LCPD = IV:MP

SAPD+VCPD+LCPD = ARPD

So why does a rank of voluntary officer or "freecop" belong to ARPD and not SAPD?

Makes perfect sense, SAPD = Trained Officers , ARPD = Untrained officers (In RS4) Many of the reasons SAPD at the start had almost no oñe joining was because there was no differentiation RS4 they recieved extra weapons and before in the academy even money for their work, RS5 wsa the same for everyone hence the lost of interest.
