Story broke out over a week ago when the two Treasure Hunters found it originally.  Now it's being cordoned off by the Military.

I heard about some nazi gold train that went missing years ago in some WW2 documentary which was a speculated rumour. If this turns out to be the real deal then it's one hell of a finding.

If it's real it will be handed over to Germany no matter the laws, considering our politicians.

It should actually go back to the rightfull owners, the survivors of whom it has been stolen from in the first place. The 10% they are asking for it is pretty reasonable considering the amount of years it took to recover the train.

Two that found it originally will get a percentage of the find, it's how treasure hunting works.

Well, in Lithuania there is a law that any historical relict has to be turned in for the government, and keeping it for yourself or selling it to someone is illegal. However, once you turn in the relict, you do get paid a fair amount of money, so I expect it would be the same in Poland, knowing that the two countries are very similar.

The two people who found it are to be paid 10% of its value, however the only reason they found it is because of some old man who's crazy about ww2 treasure hunting, whom spent 30 years finding the train - they used his maps to find it etc, only difference was that apparently the train was buried in slightly another position or something. Long story short, he asked them for some reward considering he spent 30+ years on this and they refused, case will probably land in court soon.

10% of it's value as it's considered in the current situation 300 tonnes, they will become rich after they receive the amout of the money.

The people who found it will get the reward, but they found it just cause of some crazy-devoted treasure hunter who spent 30 years searching for the train - using his maps, etc, and they won't share their reward with him.
