So.. With the bank heist system ( ) comming out on Sunday, will we be able to do the first heist on sunday night, or will it come out during the night and become available during monday? (speaking of central europian time)

There is no estimated time of when the update will be pushed to the main server. I can say the first run through will be a test run by a few of us staff who have done the heist a few times to ensure everything was setup on the main server correctly. This is because the heist system is very massive and complex and is incredibly delicate.

Why temporary /wear?

The new item system is not yet ready and I have no ETA on it so rather than keeping everyone waiting with the answer "idk", I figured a bit of love and support for those wanting to expand their RPs a bit with this functionality would be useful.
