You have no clue, and you don't see.

You're right, I have no idea what you're on about. Give the article a read.

So just wanted to give an update from my side, I am not sure how reliable this information is, but it's from a Dutch news source (NOS).
They said that while the Russian fighter-jet pilots were parachuting down, they got shot out of the air (Technically executed, they did not have any weaponry out and just tried to survive the situation). The rescue helicopter that was sent to their aid also got shot out of the air, and the pilot did not make it.

Interesting, but considering the NOS its reputation of being unreliable in international matters, I'm skeptical.

The USSR's propaganda ministry is considerably bigger than Turkey's.

Like it's been said before, Russia has done this several times, in several country's, in Portugal they where also spotted in two different days, which made the Portuguese Air force deploy fighter jets on at least one of those occasions, fortunately Russian jet decided to back off, this time they weren't so lucky.

It just weird's me out a bit, we all live on this globe, we all have to live with each other yet somehow for some reason when one decides to fly in to another's airspace (Yes I know, it's to protect 'themselves' from the mighty one airplane) it's still decided to take human life's. I agree, what Russia is doing is not the smartest decision. But shooting someone down because they are skimming your airspace, meh.

People are afraid of Russia attacking them, or they're afraid Russia will start world war three, yet the ones that are afraid are usually the ones that start with shooting.

That's just protocol, Netherlands has the same, except in the Netherlands they leave after less warnings, after we've scrambled F16s on their tail. Not too long ago:

http://edition.cnn.com/2014/04/23/world/europe/russian-bombers-intercepted/

This is entirely Russia's fault for ignoring warnings and ordering their airforce into foreign airspace like they always do. They simply order their pilots to ignore the warnings and never identify themselves to other countries. It was bound to go wrong some time and I can only say that I respect Turkey for not bending over to Russia's bullshit.

It is indeed a shame human lifes appear to have been lost, but to blame Turkey for this is downright wrong.

Not blaming anyone for wrong doings, they're just doing as they're ordered/ trained. I just fail to see the proper purpose of it in the current era, having to shoot down people just because they fly somewhere. We all live on this planet and I just don't see the point in people 'claiming' their shit just because people are trying to help, and do fly in to their airspace.
It's not that Russia is going to claim world domination with one aircraft (And yes, I am aware of today's technology and what it can do).
And I am also aware that I am kind of sounding like on of those hippies at the moment, but I've actually been doing quite some research about all this and about Russia and what they've been doing and why quite a large amount of people /hate/ or /dislike/ the country.

Before all you went stupid.. Oh wait too late for that...

NATO satellites confirmed that the Russian plane was hit around 2 km inside Syrian territory.

Your main argument just went down the toilet.

Interesting source!

Here’s the radar picture showing both the Su-24 and the F-16 tracks. The violation was quite short. According to the Turkish authorities the Russian plane was issued 10 warnings in 5 minutes before being shot down.

Radar shows clear intent of entering Turkish airspace. Even if it came down in Syrian territory, that doesn't really change much.

Entering airspace and then completely ignoring 10 warnings is what this leads to.

The ignorance you're showing is hilarious. Before you start talking out of your ass, go study the subject a little.

Well, Paris had strictest gun laws in EU as far as I'm aware. Did not exactly prevent the attacks. Black Market doesn't care about gun control.
Well France, unlike the UK, isn't surrounded by ocean, that combined with strict gun control laws make it one of the hardest countries in the world to smuggle guns into, and if you do get them in, you're going to have a hard time selling them without being busted.

NATO satellites confirmed that the Russian plane was hit around 2 km inside Syrian territory.
Source?
